Tara McGregor – Senior Consultant

Tara has worked with us since 2008. Before this, she worked for the Scottish Government on the Civil Service Faststream programme. This includes extensive leadership training and a series of placements within high profile or demanding policy areas.

Tara has a full understanding of the Scottish political context. She is inquisitive, a quick thinker, and an excellent facilitator.

Tara regularly supports public, voluntary and community organisations to improve and develop their work. She is particularly skilled at supporting joint working, and helping diverse partners to develop a shared perspective. She is also a skilled action learning facilitator.

Tara is passionate about supporting organisations to plan effectively. She has led much of our work in outcome focused planning, helping to translate the theory into practice – and make outcomes focused planning a reality.
