Katy has worked at ODS since 2001. She is an experienced Senior Consultant, regularly managing large and small scale projects.
Katy brings particular expertise in qualitative research. She is skilled in using innovative research methods, such as participatory evaluation. She aims to make research fun, valuable and interesting for participants.
Katy has strong experience in the fields of community engagement, capacity building and equalities. She regularly supports community groups, and assists others to engage effectively.
Katy has strong written skills, and is good at summarising complex information in simple and user friendly way.
