Ann is our Office Administrator, and has worked with us since 1994. Ann manages our finance systems, human resources and IT systems.
Ann is an expert in data management. She is skilled at using systems such as Access and Excel. She has particular skills in online survey packages, such as Survey Monkey.
Ann deals with all types of qualitative and quantitative data and regularly manages surveys of several thousand people. She regularly advises on survey development, to ensure that information is gathered in a way that facilitates data analysis.
Ann has an eye for detail, and assists with quality assurance. She is a highly skilled organiser and administrator. Ann has excellent people skills, and knows how to work with and support people to bring out the best in any situation.
Ann led on our rebranding and new website at ODS, and worked hard to help us to all agree on our new image!
