We know that having a strong evidence base is important.  At the start of a project, it can help you understand what is needed and plan effectively.  For work already underway, it can help you learn what works (and what doesn’t), improve your services, and explain the impact of programmes and projects to others.

We deliver a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.  We regularly carry out large scale, national research projects.  For example, we have undertaken national research in housing, health, equalities, community learning and development and community safety.  But we also undertake smaller pieces of research.

Practical Approach

We have an excellent understanding of how to plan and carry out rigorous, robust research and analysis.  But our approach is always practical – because we think research should be useful.  Our reports are always written in plain English and provide practical, achievable recommendations.
