Rigorously testing the viability of plans is the key building block in ensuring their future success.  We work with a wide range of organisations to help them assess, review and develop their ideas.  Bringing an independent outlook we take an objective review and thoroughly examine the risks and challenges.

The subject areas we work in are varied.  Sometimes it’s about the design and delivery of services.  But we also undertake studies concerning the built environment – from individual buildings to area regeneration studies.

Consultation Skills

Our approach regularly involves users drawing on our consultation skills.  And we often lead multi-disciplinary teams where the skills of technical consultants are required.
